Recently, Factor Medical Supply reached out to Mako to help them with a time-sensitive and crucial warehousing of pharmaceuticals, that was mistakenly shipped directly to them from China and were not properly checked in by U.S Customs and approved by the FDA.
Mako received and stored these packages at our Orlando warehouse until the FDA came and inspected them.
